Before you pitch
Do you provide art materials?
You bring the materials and the guidance; we set the room, the seating and the bar. Tell us your class size and we will plan the layout.
Can students exhibit in EM Gallery?
Yes. Student and graduate shows are one of the formats we invite. For a longer exhibition, see the EM Gallery exhibitions page.
How many people can a class take?
Roughly 50 seated in the Villa (inside) and 40 in EM Gallery.
Do you charge a venue fee for collaborations?
We agree terms case by case, based on the format. A free-entry night, a ticketed show and a paid workshop each work differently, and we'll talk it through once we've seen your idea. If you want the space privately for your own guests, that's venue hire, and our Private Events team looks after it.
