A 1930s French-colonial events villa on Pasteur Street, a 12-minute walk from Tao Đàn Park: gallery, bar, café, courtyard. Available by the floor or the whole building. Product launches, corporate dinners, art exhibitions, birthdays, weddings, brand activations. Run your event through TEMPO's own rhythm — a slow coffee-hour morning, a cheeky happy-hour reveal, an AFTER DARK close with live music or a DJ set. The building gives the event its character; you bring the reason.

EM Gallery
60 standing · 50–55 theatre · 40 seated.
An open gallery floor with neutral walls and adjustable track lighting on a dimmer. The floor resets between briefs — standing cocktail, theatre rows, or a seated dinner, your call. Built for art exhibitions, which makes it equally suited to product launches, brand activations, and seated dinners that need real architecture behind them, in the heart of District 3.

Every event runs on the same idea as the rest of TEMPO House: bring people together, and let food, drink, and music do the work. We work with a select group of HCMC caterers and event vendors — they arrive with their own team, their own equipment, a clear brief. Use our partners or bring your own. Either works. Bar service runs from the in-house cocktail menu, by consumption or by package.

What does it cost to hire TEMPO House?
TEMPO House is booked on a minimum spend rather than a hire fee — you are paying for what your guests eat and drink, not for the room. The figure depends on the space, the day and the session. Send your date and guest count through the enquiry form and we will come back with the number for your event within 24 hours.
How many guests can the venue hold?
Up to 260 standing, or 160 seated, across the full venue. Individually: the Villa holds 80 standing, 60–65 theatre or 50 seated; the Garden holds 120 standing or 70 seated (from 80 at king tables); EM Gallery holds 60 standing, 50–55 theatre or 40 seated. Figures are approximate — the spaces are open-plan and the tables are not fixed, so layouts are built around your format. The venue is also available space by space for smaller events.
What's included in the venue hire?
Access to the space, in-house lighting and sound, bar service from our cocktail program, and the cultural credibility of hosting inside a working, curated art gallery — not a rented hall. Tables and basic furnishings included.
Is there parking at TEMPO House?
Street parking is available on Pasteur Street and surrounding blocks, with further lots on Nguyễn Thị Minh Khai. TEMPO House is a 12-minute walk from Tao Đàn Park; we recommend a rideshare link for guest groups over 15.
