Private dining inside a 1930s French-colonial villa, a few minutes from Tao Đàn Park. The Villa is yours — one long table or round tables, a cocktail bar running throughout, and no one else in the room. Dinner parties, supper clubs, and private evenings for 12 to 28 guests, run through TEMPO's own AFTER DARK tempo. District 3, Saigon.

Intimate hire is the Villa under exclusive use — no other guests, no pass-through traffic, no shared room. The cocktail bar runs throughout dinner. We curate the chef partnership and build the menu arc with you, so you're not managing suppliers. The room feels like a private dining room, not a restaurant with a screen drawn across it.

Intimate gatherings at TEMPO can take any shape. Pre-dinner drinks in the Garden before moving inside to the Villa for dinner. A chef’s table in EM Gallery with cocktails served below. Or the whole building under private hire — each space running a different part of the evening for your group alone, inside a 1930s French-colonial villa with its own courtyard and original tile floors.

Dinner Formats
Three ways to seat your dinner.
The Villa adapts to the shape of the conversation. One long table keeps everyone in it. Round tables create smaller groups. A chef’s table format is the most intimate.
King Table

One long table runs the length of the room. Everyone is in the same conversation. Suited to dinners where the group knows each other — a client dinner ahead of a signing, a birthday, an anniversary, an engagement dinner, a reunion with family visiting from abroad.
Round Tables
28guests
Three to four round tables at 1.2m. Suited to evenings where smaller group conversations matter more than a shared table format.
Chef’s Table
12–14guests
A single intimate table for a chef’s table supper club format. The most private configuration — one menu, one conversation, one evening.

Full exclusivity
The floor is yours. The bar serves only your table. No other guests means the evening belongs to your group from arrival to close. That distinction matters more than it sounds.

The cocktail bar is the kitchen’s partner
Our bar team can pair cocktails to courses — pre-dinner, mid-course, digestif. Ask for a custom cocktail menu as part of your dinner brief and we’ll build it.

Saigon’s supper club gap
Most private dining in this city happens as an afterthought — a curtained corner of a restaurant, a hotel function room repurposed for the night. TEMPO House has the room, the bar, and the kitchen partners to make the whole evening the point, not a workaround.

What is the minimum guest count?
The minimum for private dining in the Villa is 12 guests. For smaller groups, we can advise on a semi-private arrangement at the bar that maintains the feel of an exclusive evening without a full space buyout.
Can we host a supper club with an external chef?
Yes. TEMPO House is available for supper club formats — your guest chef, your menu, our space and bar service. We’ll co-ordinate kitchen access and setup timing. A popular format for culinary events and intimate pop-ups.
Do you have a corkage policy?
We work primarily from our in-house bar program. If you’d like to bring a specific bottle for a special occasion, note it in your enquiry and we’ll discuss what’s possible on your date.
Can we include a toast or a family ceremony as part of our private dinner?
Yes. Engagement dinners, family reunions, and celebrations with a toast or a short ceremony for visiting relatives all suit the format — the room is exclusively yours, so there's no restaurant service to work around. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll shape the evening around it.
