Team dinners, end-of-year tất niên parties, client evenings, and away-day offsites. The Villa runs a full cocktail bar and connects directly to the Garden. 218c Pasteur, District 3, a few minutes from Tao Đàn Park.

What’s Included
The bar is open. The Garden is yours.
We don't hand you an empty room — we curate the run of show: bar, catering, sound, and pacing, built around your guest list. The Villa hire includes the full café and bar space, the Garden access, and all bar service from our cocktail program. Tất niên packages can be arranged with our catering partners for canapés through to full seated menus. The space works for a corporate dinner of 24 or a standing cocktail reception of 70.

Corporate events at TEMPO can span one space or the full building. The Villa is the natural anchor — cocktail bar, full service, opening straight onto the Garden and Pasteur Street. EM Gallery adds a working exhibition space above, by appointment — your guests get a rotating art programme, not a breakout room. The Garden handles arrival drinks and standing receptions for up to 120 before moving inside for dinner.

Three ways to use the Villa.
The Villa works for intimate team dinners of 12 through to company-wide standing receptions of 80. Configurations can be mixed across an event — arrival drinks standing, then transition to seated dinner.
Cocktail Reception

Full floor + the Garden open for standing circulation. Bar service throughout. Works for arrivals, post-dinner drinks, and full cocktail-only events.
King Table Dinner

One long table for a seated team dinner or client entertainment evening. Cocktails on arrival, seated dinner, no rush. The format of a private club.
Round Table Banquet

Three to four round tables at 1.2m radius. Works for tất niên dinners where team members don’t need to face a single focal point.

The bar is already here
Cocktail bar service is included in the hire. No external bar hire, no minimum spend on an unfamiliar wine list. Our bar team runs service from the same program we use every night.

Tất niên done differently
Tết season fills from October. Book your year-end party before the calendar closes. A TEMPO tất niên is an evening your team will remember — not a function room with a set menu.

Can you accommodate dietary requirements and custom menus?
Yes. Our catering partners can accommodate dietary requirements with advance notice. Share your team’s requirements in the enquiry form and we’ll build it into the proposal.
What is the tất niên booking timeline?
October–January is peak season. Weekend dates fill 8–10 weeks ahead. If your company celebrates before Tết (usually November to late January), enquire as early as possible. We can hold a provisional date for 48 hours while your team confirms.
Is parking available on Pasteur Street?
Street parking on Pasteur is available and managed by the ward. We recommend sharing a rideshare link with your guests for groups over 15 — easier than coordinating parking. We can also advise on the nearest secure carpark.
Can we use the full building for a larger team?
Yes. Full venue hire combines the Villa, the Garden and EM Gallery — up to 260 standing or 160 seated. Different spaces can run different formats simultaneously. We can configure a cocktail reception in one and a seated dinner in another.
