TEMPO House runs three services out of one kitchen and one bar: Western brunch from early morning, Southeast Asian small plates to share, and Spanish tapas for dinner and private events. A shift here moves through all of it.
What it is actually like
Brunch at seven, tapas at ten
The room changes character three times a day. You will open on flat whites and eggs, work a lunch of shared plates, and finish on a tapas service that may be a full private event. The people who do well here like that range and do not want the same eight hours every day.
We run lean, so nobody does one narrow task. You will learn parts of the operation a larger venue would keep away from you, because there is nobody else to do them.
We teach, then we trust
You get shown properly once, you get corrected while it still matters, and then the section is yours. We promote from inside before we advertise outside.
The standard does not move
Two guests at 3pm get the same plate and the same drink as a full room at 9pm. That is the whole job, and it is harder than it sounds.
Say the thing
If something is broken, wrong or unfair, we would rather hear it on the day than read about it in an exit interview.

Send us your CV anyway
Most of the people working here now applied before the job existed. Tell us what you do and what you want to be doing in two years, and we will keep it on file.
No CV to hand? Message us instead and we will take it from there.
Come see the place first
The fastest way to know whether you want to work here is to sit in the room for an hour. Have a coffee, have a drink, look at what is on the wall.
