On 6 November, HK Young & Dangerous Dinner Club takes over Tempo House with Chef Vince Hoang for eight dishes, family stories and a night that carries on after dinner.

Vince grew up cooking at Lucky Star, his family's Chinese-Vietnamese restaurant in Melbourne. For this dinner, he brings those familiar flavours to Saigon, with the family's XO sauce at the heart of the menu.

Expect pipis XO with Chinese donuts, wontons in chilli oil, salt and pepper squid, and more dishes made for sharing across the table.

Then the music takes over. Stay for a Cantonese house DJ set and old Hong Kong movies, and bring your best 90s HK look. There's a 2,000,000 VND best-dressed prize to play for.
