Product Launches — Event 01
The room that gets out of the way.
A 1930s events villa on Pasteur Street, two minutes from Turtle Lake (Hồ Con Rùa), reworked into an open gallery floor built for exhibitions — which means it's already built for the kind of attention your launch needs. EM Gallery adjusts to the light and layout your product deserves. District 3, Saigon.

What’s Included
Your launch. Our room. Nothing between them.
EM Gallery hire upstairs includes the full floor, the lighting rig, and the sound system. The floor resets between briefs — standing cocktail, theatre presentation, or seated dinner that follows the keynote. Our team curates the light, the layout, and the pace of the room around your reveal — then all bar service runs from our in-house cocktail program.
- Exclusive floor hire — full EM Gallery
- Adjustable track lighting on a full dimmer system
- In-house sound system with wireless microphone
- Gallery-grade hanging rail — your product, your display
- Rotating gallery walls from our resident-artist programme, staged around your reveal
- In-house bar service from our cocktail program
- Dedicated on-site coordinator from setup to close — available as an add-on
- Tables and basic furnishings included
- Half-day content session before doors open — full-floor access, natural light through the villa's colonial windows
Capacity by Setup
EM Gallery · the Villa · the Garden
Three spaces. One brief. You choose the format.
A product launch at TEMPO can run in one space or across all three. EM Gallery suits presentation and product display — open floor, track-lit, gallery-grade. The Villa handles cocktail receptions and post-launch drinks. The Garden on Pasteur Street extend capacity to 120 standing for larger brand moments or arrival drinks before the reveal.
- EM Gallery — 60 standing · 50–55 theatre · 40 seated · track lighting
- The Villa — 80 standing · 60–65 theatre · full cocktail bar
- The Garden — 120 standing · 70 seated · Pasteur Street frontage
- Hire one floor or combine all three under a single event brief
- In-house sound system across all floors
- Dedicated coordinator managing floor transitions (add-on)
Seating Configurations
Three ways to use the floor.
The floor arrives empty on purpose — we build it up around your brief: standing cocktail, theatre presentation, or a seated dinner that follows the keynote. We can mix configurations across a single event (standing cocktail hour → seated dinner).
Cocktail Standing
50guests
Maximum footprint for a standing launch. The full gallery floor available for product stations, display, and free-form circulation. Bar service runs from the Villa.
Theatre / Presentation
30guests
Rows facing a presentation zone or installation. Works with a projector, product display, or live demonstration. Walkway cleared on both sides.
King Table Seated
20guests
One long table for an intimate seated reveal — press dinner, trade presentation, or editorial event. Can follow a cocktail hour on the same floor.
Interactive Floor Plan
A configurable floor plan showing each seating layout is on its way. For now, send us your guest count and preferred setup and we’ll respond with a layout drawing.

01
Architecture does the work
Your press, partners, and community end up talking about the product, not filing into a ballroom. The gallery floor was built for art exhibitions. Track lighting, hanging rail, open floor space — the infrastructure already exists. Your launch inherits it.
02
District 3 is the right address
218c Pasteur is not the convention centre. It’s a 1930s events villa in the most interesting part of Saigon. That’s the first impression your guests get before the product is revealed.
03
The evening can continue
The presentation ends and TEMPO shifts into AFTER DARK tempo — the bar opens, the room turns nocturnal, and the Villa is available for a post-launch cocktail reception. Same building, different room, same hire.
Questions
Common questions about launch events.
Can I bring my own A/V or production crew?
Yes. Our in-house sound system and track lighting are included in hire, but you can supplement or replace them with your own production. We’ll connect you with the access schedule for load-in. We ask that any changes to the lighting rig be supervised by our team.
Can the event run across multiple floors?
Yes. A common format is a standing reception or product reveal in EM Gallery, followed by a seated dinner or cocktails in the Villa — all under the same hire. Full venue hire combines both floors and the Garden.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Weekend dates in October–January fill 6–8 weeks ahead. Weekday dates are usually available with 2–3 weeks’ notice. Fill in the enquiry form with your preferred date and we’ll confirm availability within 24 hours.
Do you have catering partners for events?
We work with a select group of HCMC caterers for canapé packages, plated dinners, and grazing tables. Bar service is in-house from our cocktail menu. You’re welcome to bring your own caterer. We’ll coordinate access.
Can you keep the venue and product under embargo before the reveal?
Yes. Full-floor and full-venue hires are a complete lockout for the duration — no public gallery visitors, no other bookings, nothing in shot that isn't yours. Tell us about embargo or confidentiality needs in your enquiry and we'll plan access and staffing around it.
Tell us about your launch.
Give us your date, guest count, and a line about what you’re launching. We read every enquiry before responding. No automated replies. Response within 24 hours.
